If products are in stock they are normally dispatched within 24 hours of receiving the order and should arrive within 5 business days.

If products are in stock they are normally dispatched within 24 hours of receiving the order and should arrive within 5 business days. For an additional charge of $15.00 per address, we can expedite delivery to most destinations. If a product is not in stock our customer service staff will call you with an estimated delivery time for those products. Out of stock items may be placed on back order or cancelled.

DELIVERY CHARGES

Our shipping and processing charges cover the administration, handling and packing of the products you have purchased and delivery.

We use Australia Post for all deliveries within Australia because of their reliability and ability to deliver to post office boxes. If you are not at home when goods are delivered Australia Post will leave a card so goods may be collected at a specified post office, with proper identification, at your convenience.

Export orders outside Australia will have the GST of 10% deducted from the purchase price. Customer service will email or fax you with a quote for export delivery charges. Overseas deliveries may be subject to local import duties and taxes, and may be affected by customs or excise delays. All cost associated with importing goods are the responsibility of the customer. The White Linen Company is not be liable for any duties, taxes or customs charges placed on the goods at the point of import.

RETURNS POLICY

At The White Linen Company, we are committed to bringing you 100% total satisfaction guaranteed.  The success of our product range lies in an uncompromising attitude towards quality.  We believe in our products and would like you to believe in us.

No Quibble Guarantee – it’ simple!  If you are not satisfied with your product, return it within 30 days in it’s original packaging, unwashed and unused with your proof of purchase for a full refund.

RETURNING GOODS

As long as you have your proof of purchase and your item is in its original, complete packaging you are entitled to a full refund.  However, if you have lost your proof of purchase or it was a gift – don’t panic – we will exchange your product or offer a gift voucher.
Faulty goods can be returned and fully refunded with no receipt.
